SP6150A 1.5 GHz Passive Oscilloscope probe

The SP6150A probes offer a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz and a 10:1 attenuation ratio to address a wide range of measurement needs. For general-purpose probing, the SP6150A’s low capacitance and low inductance ground connection keep probe loading low enough to achieve high signal integrity measurements. The SP6150A passive probe features a low input capacitance of 1.8 pF, enabling the accurate measurement of fast edges, making it a cost-effective alternative to an active probe. The SP6150A probes are automatically recognised when connected to Siglent oscilloscopes.
