The DPB5700A is a High Voltage Differential Probe for Siglent Oscilloscopes.
Many Oscilloscopes cannot measure floating signals with supplied standard probes. Differential probes provide floating measurement capability. This is especially useful when comparing three phase and industrial power applications.
